Your Week at Back to the Body
Day 1 - Crossing the Threshold
You arrive, settle in, and are welcomed into a carefully held space. Through our opening ritual and a gentle demonstration, you begin to see what’s possible when the body is fully supported and nothing is asked of you. For the first time in a long time, you can let go.
Day 2 - Safety & Permission
Your first private session begins—at your pace, with no pressure and no expectations. Many women realize this is the first time they’ve ever felt truly safe receiving. Afterward, you’re supported in our women-led integration space, where nothing needs to be explained or rushed.
Day 3 - Reawakening Sensation
Trust deepens. Areas that once felt numb begin to soften and come alive. In circle, you hear other women’s stories and recognize yourself in them. The feeling of being “the only one” starts to dissolve.
Day 4 - Exploration & Play
With trust established, you’re free to explore. Touch can be tender, playful, reverent, or powerful—always guided by your desires. You may feel pleasure in ways you didn’t know were possible, surprising you with its depth and range. Pleasure stops being an idea and becomes something you feel in your body.
Day 5 - Connection & Sisterhood
You spend the day integrating—walking in nature, sharing meals, laughing, resting. Bonds with the other women deepen, and a sense of belonging settles in.
Day 6 - Awakening Desire
By now, you’re more connected to your body, your voice, and your truth. Desire no longer needs to be chased—it rises organically, from within. You recognize yourself in a new way.
Day 7 - Integration & Return
You reflect, celebrate, and prepare to go home. You feel the difference in your body: more openness, more confidence, more ease. You leave knowing this isn’t a peak experience—it’s a shift you carry with you.
